What problem needed solving?
Premium ethnic wear buyers are visual shoppers increasingly influenced by short-form video content — yet most fashion e-commerce stores only use static images. Sitara Vastram's exclusive, limited-piece collections deserved a shopping experience that matched the energy of the brand. The challenge was building a store that sold the feeling of exclusivity while making video content a natural part of the shopping journey.

How we solved it
We made video the centrepiece of the product discovery experience. Rather than tucking fashion reels into a separate section, we integrated them into the shopping flow — letting buyers see outfits in motion before they even reached the product page. The limited-edition collection structure reinforced exclusivity and urgency. WhatsApp support enabled real-time styling advice, bridging the gap between scrolling a reel and clicking purchase.
