The short answer: three bands
Almost every brief falls into one of three bands, set by what the site has to do rather than how it looks. The step from the first band to the second is more than tenfold.
| Band | What it is | SGD (approx.) | INR | Timeline |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Launch | Business or brochure site on WordPress | S$50–S$90 | ₹4,000–₹7,000 | 1–3 weeks |
| Store | Custom-coded online store | S$670–S$1,530 | ₹50,000–₹1,15,000 | 2–5 weeks |
| Platform | SaaS products, portals, marketplaces, web apps | S$670–S$2,430 | ₹50,000–₹1,82,400 | 4–14 weeks |
Business websites
A business site on WordPress stays inside the Launch band whatever the page count. Built as custom code, typically in Next.js, the price climbs with the number of pages. A second language, such as Chinese, is priced as more pages.
| Pages | WordPress | Custom-coded (Next.js) |
|---|---|---|
| 1–5 | S$50–S$90 | S$130–S$190 |
| 6–15 | S$90 | S$200–S$320 |
| 16–30 | S$90 | S$330–S$520 |
Online stores
Payment gateway integration is included in every store. Singapore stores usually take PayNow alongside cards, through a gateway such as Stripe, Adyen, HitPay or 2C2P; gateway fees are paid by you to the gateway, and on Shopify the monthly plan, themes and apps are paid to Shopify.
| Package | WooCommerce or Shopify | Custom-coded |
|---|---|---|
| Standard | S$50–S$60 | S$670–S$770 |
| Premium | S$80–S$90 | S$1,070–S$1,230 |
| Extra premium | S$90 | S$1,330–S$1,530 |
| Custom functionality | S$80–S$90 | S$1,330–S$2,670 |
Running costs, GST and PSG
Support is a plan with us; domain, hosting and gateway fees are paid by you to those providers, in accounts in your company's name.
Singapore GST is 9%, and how it applies to services bought from a supplier outside Singapore depends on your registration, so ask your accountant before comparing our INR quote with a local one. We are not a pre-approved vendor under the Productivity Solutions Grant, so our work cannot be claimed under PSG.
| Cost | Paid to | Amount |

| Support + changes (custom-coded) | NextGen Fusion | ₹5,000 (S$70) / month |

What you give up by hiring outside Singapore
Mornings and meetings. Our day runs 12:30–21:30 Singapore time, so a morning question waits until lunchtime, and meetings are on video. And without a Singapore address we cannot put you in Google Maps results; that needs your own Google Business Profile at your own address.
