Subscription video-mentorship platform streaming business, sales and leadership courses from globally recognised trainers.
Built the course platform for NEXTmentor — a Vietnamese subscription streaming service carrying video courses from internationally recognised business trainers including Blair Singer, on subjects spanning sales mastery, team leadership, presentation skills and applied AI. The catalogue runs to 30+ courses averaging 15 lessons each, playable across desktop, TV and mobile through a members-only area separate from the public marketing site, with downloadable workbooks and a tiered monthly, half-yearly and annual membership structure.

What problem needed solving?
Vietnamese professionals and entrepreneurs wanting access to established international business mentors had no single, localised platform carrying that catalogue in one place — content was scattered across individual course sites, each with its own login, its own player and its own billing.
Our Approach
How we solved it
We built one catalogue and one membership around it: courses organised by mentor rather than buried in a generic list, a separate members subdomain so the learning experience isn't competing with marketing-site page weight, and a tiered plan structure so a learner can commit month to month before buying a year upfront.
