Salalah, Dhofar Governorate

Helping Salalah businesses earn from Khareef and keep earning after it

Salalah's year is unlike anywhere else in Oman. From late June to September the Khareef turns Dhofar green and brings visitors from across Oman and the Gulf, filling hotels, car rentals, restaurants and souqs. Then the crowds leave, and many businesses wait for next summer.

Behind the tourism sits a serious trading economy: the Port of Salalah, the free zone, Raysut's industries, fisheries along the coast and farms on the plain. We help businesses on both sides capture more of the season and build demand that lasts all year. We work remotely from India, with no Salalah office.

Served remotely from Lucknow and Mumbai, IndiaOur hours: 08:30–17:30 Oman time, Monday to Saturday

Planning around the Khareef calendar

Khareef visitors plan weeks or months ahead, mostly on their phones and in Arabic. The businesses that win are ready before the season: sites updated, bookings open, Google profiles complete and ads scheduled. Starting in July is starting late.

The months after Khareef matter as much. Winter brings a different, often international visitor, and the families who visited in summer can keep ordering Dhofari products from home if you give them a way to.

Our hours in Salalah

Salalah keeps the same time as Muscat, so we work 08:30 to 17:30, Monday to Saturday. In the weeks before Khareef we plan launches early so nothing waits on a Sunday reply.

What's holding your Salalah business back?

Pick the one that sounds most like you. You'll see why it usually happens and what we would do about it first, whether or not you hire us.

Why this happens

Our own site can't take a booking, so guests book through a platform.

What we would do first

  1. Add live availability and booking to your site
  2. Offer a reason to book direct
  3. Show the rate in rials with everything included

Frequently asked questions

Can you help with a business in Salalah from India?
Yes. We work over WhatsApp, video calls and email, and for photos or video of your property we work with you or a Salalah photographer. We have no office in Dhofar.
When should we start preparing for Khareef?
Ideally in March or April. A new website, booking setup or SEO work needs time to be ready and found before families start planning in May and June.
Do you work outside Salalah city?
Yes, across Dhofar, including Taqah, Mirbat, Mughsail and the mountain areas.
Can you help with winter tourism too?
Yes. Winter visitors are often European and search in English, so we plan separate pages and campaigns for them.
