WooCommerce checkout and payment workflows

WooCommerce payment integration and checkout troubleshooting

A customer returning from a payment page is not proof that an order has been paid. We help connect WooCommerce stores to a suitable gateway and investigate checkout failures, payment notifications and orders that remain pending.

We work from India with store teams internationally. Your gateway account, merchant approval, supported currencies and settlement arrangements must be confirmed with the provider before integration work is agreed.

Tell us what your website needs to do

Share your current site or project brief. We reply with the proposed scope, a fixed quote and a delivery window.

Calls show in your time zone. If a slot does not suit you, send your preferred time. Bank transfer preferred; PayPal and Razorpay are also available. Currency and milestones are agreed in your quote.

What to send when checkout is failing

Send the store URL, the gateway name, the visible error and whether payment was actually captured. Share redacted order references and test-mode results through an agreed private channel, not card details or credentials in the public enquiry form.

We distinguish a failed payment from a missed webhook, a return-page problem or an order-status issue. That diagnosis determines whether the fix belongs in the store, its hosting or the payment provider account.

What an integration scope covers

Provider eligibility, the maintained integration or custom API requirement, test-mode setup, payment return handling, signed server notifications, order updates and the refund or failure scenarios agreed for the project.

Your business owns the merchant account and completes provider verification. Availability of PayPal, Stripe, Razorpay or a regional gateway depends on the merchant country and provider terms; we do not promise approval or currency support on their behalf.

Test the whole order journey

The acceptance checklist should cover approved, declined, cancelled and delayed payments, repeated notifications and a customer returning before a server notification arrives. Where refunds are in scope, test their order and stock effects too.

Only the payment provider's verified server-side status should establish payment success. Analytics events help measure the journey but do not authorise an order or replace the store's payment records.

A clear scope before a remote project starts

We first agree what the site must do, the page types and workflows, the content you will supply and the integrations it needs. You receive a fixed written quote and a delivery window before committing.

You approve the design and build at the milestones in that scope. Domain, repository, hosting, analytics and payment accounts stay in your company's name. Support and ongoing changes are agreed separately so you can see the cost after launch.

Bank transfer is our preferred payment method. We can also accept PayPal and payments through Razorpay on our website. We agree the invoice currency, payment instructions and milestones in writing; a gateway option is not a promise that every card, currency or country is eligible.

Book a call in your local time zone or send a preferred time if the available slots do not work. Day-to-day decisions can stay in writing over email and WhatsApp so both teams have a record.

Frequently asked questions

Can you guarantee approval for a payment gateway?
No. Approval, supported currencies, fees and settlement are controlled by the provider. We check the proposed integration against your approved merchant account.
Can you fix WooCommerce orders stuck on pending payment?
We can investigate whether the customer paid, whether the store received a valid notification, and whether a plugin, cache or hosting rule interrupted the update. The fix depends on that diagnosis.
Do we need to share card details or passwords in the enquiry?
No. Send a description and store URL first. We agree secure access and test credentials separately if the work proceeds.
