AI Automation in Muscat
AI automation for Muscat property managers drowning in tenant WhatsApps
Property managers in Muscat look after hundreds of flats, villas and shops, and almost every request arrives on WhatsApp: a leaking AC, a lost key, a question about rent. They come in Arabic, English and other languages, at all hours, to several staff phones.
We build automation that collects those messages on one number, understands what is being asked, logs it against the right unit, assigns it and keeps the tenant updated, while a person handles anything unusual.
Every request recorded
Each message becomes a ticket with the unit, the issue, photos and the time it arrived. Your team sees what's open and overdue, and landlords can see what was done in their buildings.
People stay in charge
The assistant answers routine questions and collects details, but it never promises repairs, refunds or rent changes. Those go to your staff, with the conversation attached.
Sound familiar?
The problems we hear most often about this, why they happen and what we would do first.
Why this happens
Requests sit in individual phones with no shared list.
What we would do first
- Route all tenant messages through one number
- Create a ticket for each request automatically
- Send updates until it is closed
Why this happens
Jobs and costs aren't linked to units.
What we would do first
- Log every job against a unit and building
- Attach invoices and photos
- Send each landlord a monthly summary
A one-minute self-check
Tick what is already true for your business. It takes a minute and nothing is sent anywhere.
Frequently asked questions
- Does it reply in Arabic?
- Yes, in Arabic and English, and in other languages your tenants use. We test replies with your team before it goes live.
- What happens to tenants' data?
- It stays in accounts your company owns, with access limited by role, and we document how it is processed to support your obligations under Oman's data protection law.
