Custom Software Development in Agra
Cold storage software for the Agra potato belt
Agra district is one of the biggest potato-growing areas in the country, and after the harvest in February and March, cold storages fill with lakhs of bags held until prices rise. Each farmer's lot, its chamber, the rent owed and every partial release is usually tracked in registers, and disputes are common.
We build cold storage management software that records every lot from entry to final release, calculates rent and shows farmers and traders their balance on WhatsApp.
Every bag accounted for
Lots are recorded at entry with farmer, variety, bag count and chamber location. Partial releases print a slip and update the balance, so the gate, the office and the farmer see the same number.
Rent and advances
Rent calculated per bag for the season, advances or loans against stored stock recorded and recovered at release, with a statement for each farmer.
